Hi Gav and Jen,   I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for my 50th birthday celebration cake. The cake was impressive to say the least, as a keen fisherman I couldn’t believe the detail you had gone to in producing my ‘snapper cake’, I wouldn’t try to estimate the hours that went into making this masterpiece, it looked so realistic with its overall colouring of the scales, eye, shape, even its teeth and was a talking point with everyone during the night and following days.   I was truly amazed; it is something I will remember for many years to come. *We highly recommend the services of Sinsation Cake Design.   We only gave Gavin a very basic brief on what we wanted for our Wedding cake which included two or three cake flavours and the idea of including red roses, and he came up with a stunning design. The finished product was a work of art and truly tasted unbelievable. Organising a wedding is stressful at the best of times, but Gavin's professionalism and personality allowed us to focus on other plans rest assured that the cake was under total control. January 2005   Dear Gavin   Just a quick note to thank you for the cake you made for our wedding. You kept it nice and simple as requested, but it still looked elegant - and more importantly it tasted great. This is to advise our flying club commissioned Gavin to make a special cake for our life member, Larry Svetlik, to celebrate his 90th birthday.
