Hi Gav and Jen,
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for my 50th birthday celebration cake.
The cake was impressive to say the least, as a keen fisherman I couldn’t believe the detail you had gone to in producing my ‘snapper cake’, I wouldn’t try to estimate the hours that went into making this masterpiece, it looked so realistic with its overall colouring of the scales, eye, shape, even its teeth and was a talking point with everyone during the night and following days.
I was truly amazed it is something I will remember for many years to come.
Your masterpiece was enjoyed by everyone.
