We were absolutely thrilled with the wedding cake Gavin made for us. We wanted a Croquembouche - something that people would actually eat (as opposed to a traditional heavy fruit cake). He made the tallest most gorgeous one I have ever seen. Decorated with small roses in theme with our colours, it was just divine to look at, and even better to eat. We continue to order cakes from Gavin and I recommend him to anyone that is looking for that special something.
